Muona Children and Youth Support AssociatioN is an independent global organization, based on the values of shared humanity.

We believe in the power of education in establishing sustainable development.
Our aim is to help create a better future for the rural
communities in Malawi by building AND RUNNING a school in the Muona village.
The organization was founded in 2012 in Kajaani, Finland. We are driven by the idea of creating real sustainable positive change by working directly with the local community. There are currently 56 members around the globe.

Malawi is one of the poorest countries in the world and almost half of the population is under the age of 15. The youth are the future and it's important to invest in their opportunities. We believe that there is no better way to do this than through education.
